NOSE JOB TO STRAIGHTEN A DEVIATED BRIDGE

Case #1.

This patient wanted to see a male rhinoplasty expert in San Diego to fix his crooked nose. He had trouble breathing through his nose because of his prominently deviated bridge. He also wanted a straighter bridge to enhance the overall appearance of his nose. His main concern for rhinoplasty was to achieve natural-looking results.

Dr. Kolstad used an open rhinoplasty approach to create a strong and masculine nose. He used septal cartilage to create spreader grafts to add structure to the nose and improve breathing. He also created dorsal onlay grafts to add projection to the bridge and performed osteotomies to straighten the patient’s crooked nasal bones.

Dr. Kolstad has extensive knowledge of the special techniques and unique approaches for male rhinoplasty. He understands that men’s rhinoplasty results should never look overdone and always takes a conservative surgical approach to avoid feminizing the nose.
