This patient wanted to rejuvenate her facial appearance. She did not like the appearance of her neckline and double chin, especially from the side profile view. In addition, the patient was unhappy with the fat bags forming under her eyes, thinking that they make her look tired and prematurely aged.

During the surgery, Dr. Kolstad tightened the sagging neck skin to create a beautifully defined neck and jawline. To address her tired eyes, Dr. Kolstad removed her lower eyelid fat bags through a transconjunctival approach and tightened her lower eyelid skin. By combining her facelift with a lower blepharoplasty, Dr. Kolstad created a beautiful, refreshed outward appearance that reflects how young the patient feels on the inside.
