This patient did not like the appearance of the tip of her nose. She did not like how its bulbous shape widened her nose and made it look too large for her face. She wanted a more feminine nose with a smaller, refined tip.

Refining the nasal tip is one of the most complex aspects of rhinoplasty and it is important to choose a surgeon who understands the importance of achieving a result that matches each patient’s unique goals and facial features. Complex nasal tip grafting was performed to add appropriate projection to the tip of the nose.
