This patient wanted to improve the shape and appearance of her nose. She did not like the crooked bridge and hump on her nose. She also did not like the round tip of her nose and wanted a narrower, more defined nasal tip.

Rhinoplasty can help straighten the nose and remove the dorsal hump to give the nasal bridge a straighter, more elegant contour. When reshaping the wide tip of the patient’s nose, Dr. Kolstad used a conservative approach to narrow her nasal tip in a natural-looking way while avoiding an overly pinched, pointed nasal tip.
