This patient wanted to get lip fIllers because she didn’t like the appearance of her thin upper and bottom lips. She wanted fuller, more shapely lips but did not want anyone to know that she had lip fillers. During her consultation, Dr. Kolstad listened carefully to her concerns and her goals regarding lip augmentation. After performing a thorough assessment of her facial features and skin type, he recommended injecting Restylane to her lips. He discussed adding Restylane in smaller increments over time so her lips would look natural and would not appear drastically different after her treatment. During her treatment, Dr. Kolstad added half a syringe of Restylane to her upper and lower lips to create a more beautiful, elegant lip appearance.
