Kolstad Facial Plastic Surgery

Every visit begins with a set of photographs taken in our private studio.

Our staff will guide you on the correct positions, how to turn your head and will take pictures using soft and bright lighting.  Dr. Kolstad reviews the images and uses them to help understand your concerns.

The pictures taken in our studio are part of your private medical record. The before and after images you see on our website were granted by our patients using a separate consent form allowing use of their photos.

After being walked to your room we encourage our patients to review Dr. Kolstad’s galleries. Every surgeon has their unique artistic vision and studying before and after images is a great place to learn about Dr. Kolstad’s style.  There will be a TV with a slide show illustrating Before & After’s and a tablet will be provided to review galleries specific to your concerns.

Bring a guest!  We have plenty of space and chairs available for your friends and family.  It’s always helpful to have another set of eyes and ears present for the consultation.

On the morning of surgery our attentive staff will welcome you to the office and make sure you feel comfortable and confident. Our nurse will review the consent forms, take a set of vitals, complete a pregnancy test when indicated and start an IV. You will have the opportunity to speak with Dr. Kolstad and the anesthesiologist before your surgery.  Dr. Kolstad will review the procedures and place helpful preoperative markings when needed.

Our operating room is equipped with the latest medical technology, designed for both precision and safety. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Our surgical facility has achieved the highest level of certification from the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF).
