Description:This patient did not like the wide bridge of her nose because she felt that it made her nose look too large for her face and drew attention away from her other facial features. She also did not like how her nostrils had a flared appearance and how there was excessive nostril exposure from the side view. She was interested in wide nose rhinoplasty correction.
