This patient wanted to improve the appearance of her nasal tip and bridge. She did not like how the tip of her nose was droopy and how her hanging columella caused too much nostril exposure, especially from the side view. She also felt that her nose was too wide and seemed out of proportion with the rest of her facial features.

Dr. Kolstad has extensive training and experience refining droopy nasal tips and narrowing wide bridges. The tip of this patient’s nose was elevated to a more aesthetically pleasing angle and her columella was tightened to create a more feminine nasal tip. Her nasal bridge was artistically contoured to a more slender, natural-looking width that improved her overall facial harmony.
