Patient Case #5627: Men’s Facelift Before & After

Procedure Information

This patient wanted to correct his lower face and neck in a natural way. He did not like the prominent appearance of his platysma and the sagging skin along his jawline and neck. His main concern was to reverse the signs of aging without making it obvious that he had plastic surgery.

Male facelifts are a challenging procedure and it is important to choose a surgeon with expertise in facial anatomy. Dr. Kolstad is a board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Kolstad’s extensive training and artistic approach to male facelift surgery in San Diego restored this patient’s youthful facial contours while retaining a strong, masculine facial structure and avoiding an overly “plastic” look.
