Tight pony tails can cause traction alopecia and permanent loss of hair.  Extensive hair loss requires multiple sessions for restoration.  This patient had 1,500 grafts placed into the temple hairline and several months later another 1,500 grafts were placed into the frontal hairline.  Dr. Kolstad uses FUE for both women and men.  Dr. Kolstad uses a layered technique for patients with long hair and can graft up to 1,500 hairs per session.
