Description:This patient had diffuse thinning of her hair beginning as a teenager. She had attempted a variety of creams and topical medications without success. She was treated with Platelet Rich Plasma injections to her scalp. After a series of PRP treatments she noticed a significant reduction in shedding and loss of hair. She had thickening of existing hairs and increased coverage of her scalp.
