Description:This patient wanted to improve the appearance of her lower face and neck. She was unhappy with the asymmetry and unevenness of her jawline caused by jowling. She also did not like the appearance of her prominent melolabial folds.
Dr. Kolstad performed a lower facelift to elevate this patient’s sagging jowls to a more youthful position, re-contouring her jawline and softening her deep smile lines. The facelift surgery was enhanced with submental liposculpting to remove the excess fat deposits under her chin and redefine her beautiful neckline.
