Description:This patient wanted to see a revision face lift expert in San Diego to address some of his concerns about his lower face and neck. He wanted to restore the lost volume in his cheeks and his jawline, and improve the appearance of his nasolabial and melolabial folds. He also wanted to correct his pixie ear deformities.
This patient decided to enhance the results of his facelift with an abdominal fat transfer to add youthful volume throughout his mid and lower face. Dr. Kolstad also restored the appearance of the patient’s ears by detaching the earlobes from the side of his face to create more natural earlobe contour. Revision face lifts are complex surgeries that require more training and expertise.
